The Gilmore Car Museum will be holding the "Relix Riot" Traditional Hot Rod and Motorcycle Show this Sunday. I cam across this in the news today, and began looking up the Gilmore. All I have to say is wow - what a truly unique and perfectr place to recreate the nostalgia and view the antiques of yesteryear.

The entire site is done the right way by people who care about what these vehicles meant to generations. A recreated 1930's gas station, a train depot, and barns and barns worth of vehicles spanning decades. Despite the rumors of exhibits by the NHRA going down the tube, it is good to know that there are some private entities out there that care about the history of the country, and how these vehicles shaped some of that history.
