Bryant Vardeman - Owner (3)
Bryant Vardeman, owner of Chopped and Diced, purchased the property in 2005 and began to restore the old building. Throughout the renovation, he maintained the historical look and feel of the building. Bryant has been in the automotive field for 30 years. He retired from the USAF with over 20 years experience in vehicle maintenance. His father, Bob Vardeman, also completed a vehicle maintenance career in the USAF and served as an inspiration to him. He still has the white '57 Chevy he bought in 1963. The Chevy somehow survived moves around the world, putting kids through school, being stolen, and a gazillion passes down the dragstrip over the years. -
