Chopped and Diced is located at 621 N Austin St in Seguin, Texas. This historical facility has been a new car dealership dating back to the early 1920's. It started as a Ford dealership and became a Chevy dealer in the 1930's. It remained with Chevy for another 70 years until the dealership moved to a new facility.

Bryant Vardeman saw the old vacant facility as the perfect foundation to build a hot rod shop. It's only natural to bring the old cars back to the place where they started for a complete makeover. He purchased the property in 2005 and began to restore the old building. Throughout the renovation, he maintained the historical look and feel of the building.
